How to contact the Customer Support?

The most convenient way to contact the support is by going to HELP in the Settings.

You can also get in touch writing to [at] omnidrone [dot] net - in this case please remember to add your user ID number (you can find it in the settings for example).

The best time to contact us is between 10 AM and 7 PM GMT+1 from Monday to Friday, but we do our best to answer the most urgent support tickets as fast as we can.
