How to contact the Customer Support?

The most convenient way to contact the support is by going to HELP in the Settings.

You can also get in touch writing to titan.feedback [at] omnidrone [dot] net - in this case please remember to add your user ID number (you can find it in the settings for example).

The best time to contact us is between 10 AM and 7 PM GMT+1 from Monday to Friday, but we do our best to answer the most urgent support tickets as fast as we can.
